Preeti Sriratana
Senior Associate

Preeti Sriratana earned his Master of Architecture from Columbia University in 2003 where he was a graduate teaching assistant for the Fundamentals in Digital Design course. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000 and had his projects exhibited in galleries such as the I Space in Chicago, the Van Alen Institute in Manhattan, and Gund Hall at Harvard University.

Before joining Solomonoff Architecture Studio, Preeti was a Senior Designer at the New York architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP, where he specialized in transportation and education facilities. While there he oversaw the designs for the NY Metropolitan Transit Authority station at Ground Zero and the New York Jets Training Facility in New Jersey as well as award winning proposals for the United Nations High School and Little Red School House competitions, both located in Manhattan. Preeti started his career working in Paris for Pritzker Prize winning architect, Jean Nouvel.

In his free time, Preeti is a youth mentor at APEX, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the development of Asian American youth living in poverty. Currently he serves on the organization’s Board of Directors as Co-Chairman. Preeti is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Manhattan-based urban arts initiative, The Sound of Art.

Preeti is a Senior Associate at SAS, and lives and works in New York.
