SAS is currently in the design development phase of a new six story condominium building with a penthouse and studios for a designer and painter.
When completed, the building will house five self-contained luxury residences, including the multistory penthouse. Following the owners’ interests in flatness and weight, the building envelope will be rendered in painted plate steel with rubbed brass details. The interiors will have no drywall as per the owner’s request, and will be outfitted with custom kitchens fabricated in Japan and smoked oak plank floors from Russia.
